Boveda Takes Best Humidor as 100-Count Model Nears

The 50-count is sold direct to the consumer — through Boveda in the United States and through Amazon in Europe. Patock said the company wants feedback on the humidor itself from the end user and hear to shape future products. The company positions the humidor as a high-quality box at an accessible price.

It ships with a seasoning kit and a 69 per cent Boveda pouch, and the company recommends 69 per cent as its working humidity. The acrylic model is now completely discontinued. 

Boveda is also narrowing what its name covers. The brand will be used solely for cigars only; the cannabis line is being rebranded as Vivid.
