Probably the most well-known and distinguished single malt worldwide.
In the nose there are notes of Calvados, ripe apples and some wood. On the tongue, aromas of ripe fruity sweetness delight, accompanied by notes of muted apple pie and marinated raisins.
Combined with a Torpedo from the Balmoral Royal Selection Anejo 18 aromas of candied apples, the earthy, leatheriness of the cigar withdraw slightly in order to give the tangy part a bit more room. A very harmonious sweet-tangy play develops on the palate over the entire course of the smoke.
